Training & Professional Development
Professional training and certification for receptionists and front office professionals at every experience level. Most programs teach phone etiquette and scheduling. We start before that, with what it means to be a professional employee, how to build a professional identity, and the parts of the job other programs are too uncomfortable to address. From there, we build upward through communication, office operations, security standards, executive support, and crisis management.
